How to Paint Your House Quickly & Easily
Give your exterior a refresh by using the Wagner Control Pro 130 paint sprayer. The Happy Housie has the details on this easy DIY.
Overview
When we moved into our “new to us” home last fall, we knew that giving the exterior a refresh was definitely on the to-do list. We’ve painted a LOT of things in our DIY lives, but this was the first time we have tackled the entire exterior of a house. I was a little overwhelmed by the prospect of tackling such a huge project with just my husband and I doing all the work, but we had already invested so much in our renovations that we knew we couldn’t afford to hire out the painting, either. I immediately thought of using a paint sprayer to help us finish the project as quickly and easily as possible, and the Control Pro 130 was the one we needed for a job this size.
Before

After

Easy to use, low overspray, easy to clean
After watching the videos on the Wagner site, I knew that the Control Pro 130 would be a lot easier to use than other sprayers I’ve tried in the past. What I didn’t realize is that it would give so much less overspray and be a lot easier to clean, as well. I honestly and truly loved it!

Power and control
The feeling of power and control while your painting… the pure satisfaction that comes from so quickly painting a large area. I am not the most patient person, so seeing how quickly the Control Pro 130 tackled our job was way more exciting than it should have been. It totally gave me geeky-DIYer goosebumps.
I’m already looking for the next project that we can tackle with this sprayer…. I’m thinking of using it to stain the deck next spring, followed by freshening up some old wooden Adirondack chairs with a quick couple of coats of paint.
