Embossed Butterflies and Stencils

A heat gun fixes embossing powder.

DIFFICULTY: Beginner

Overview - How to Emboss

These are simple and easy projects to create decorations and show off your personalized style.

1

Spray your stencil lightly with a spray adhesive

Place stencil on desired location of the surface. Sprinkle with a light dusting of embossing powder.

2

Use a Heat Gun

Apply heat to set and dry embossing powder for a raised and fixed design. Keep the Heat Gun four-six inches from the surface. Be sure to keep the gun moving back and forth to avoid burning the surface.
