Gather Supplies

To create decorative holiday candles, we used the FURNO 300 heat gun, white pillar candles, and various embellishments.

Organize Embellishments

We cut up the faux mistletoe so we had smaller pieces to work with.

Set Up a Work Station

Make sure to protect the surface you are working on. We placed a towel down and used a baking sheet as a tray. We also covered the base the candles came in with foil to prop up the candle. Then, you can plug in your heat gun!

Soften the Wax

Use your heat gun to soften the candle wax.

Pressing faux mistletoe into candle

Add Embellishments

Press in one embellishment at a time. Reheat areas as needed to make sure it’s secure and be patient! Hold the heat far enough away from the piece to avoid burning.
