COVER WORKING SURFACE AND GATHER SUPPLIES
Use paper or drop cloth to cover the table surface before working on the pumpkins to catch any wax drippings.
Chop the crayons into 1/2 inch pieces, mixing and matching colors to achieve your personalized color palette. Start with about 20 pieces scattered in the crevice around the stem.

APPLY HEAT
With the heat gun set to medium, hover about four inches above the crayons to melt them until they begin to pool up and stream down the sides of the pumpkin, this will start to create the crayon pumpkin craft.

DRY AND DISPLAY
Let dry completely. If necessary add more colors. Otherwise, display your crafty, decorated pumpkins. Faux crayon pumpkins can be stored in a cool, dry space and reused year to year.

DECORATE JARS TOO
Keep decorating other items jars, candle holders, wall art and more with the Wagner heat guns.
