Classroom Makeover with a SMART Roller
Learn how to easily paint the walls and ceiling in a room without using traditional roller trays and brushes by using a Wagner SMART Roller instead.
Overview
This well-used large classroom space at our local church was in desperate need of a makeover.
Patch & prime
Its walls were marked with dents, dings, and holes from years of heavy use by both kids and adults. The paint color felt outdated and it was past time for a new, fresh look.
After patching and priming the walls, we cut in a new paint color with a brush on the ceilings, above the baseboards, and in the corners.

Roll
Then, it was time to roll on the paint!
Wagner's SMART Roller system made that step so much quicker - and without the mess of a traditional tray system.

No tray - paint is in the handle
Since the paint is drawn up into the handle and delivered to the roller through a trigger system, we no longer had to “load up the roller” with a tray full of paint. It saved so much time, and we were thrilled not to have to drag a tray all around the room with us.

Freshly painted and ready for students
After only a few hours, we had the room all painted, and it was ready to welcome in its students once again.
