Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sprays un- thinned latex house paint! Purchased the Flexio 2000 to spray my garage. Thought I would need to thin the paint, no need. I was able to spray the latex paint rite out of the can. Fantastic paint sprayer for the price!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes Projects Faster! We bought this to water seal our 6 foot privacy fence. It was so easy to use and definitely cut the project time down immensely, I can't imagine having to hand roll the entire thing. The next time I have to repaint my shed I plan on using this also. I highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and Easy I bought a Wagner- flexio 2000 this summer for some painting projects that had been stacking up. I have used it to paint interior walls, kitchen cabinets with latex as well as my deck and fence with an oil base product. The best things about using the 2000 were the speed and ease of painting with it, and the quality of the finish. The most surprising features of the painter was the fact it seemed to use less product and how easy it was to dis-assemble and clean after each use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to clean! I am really happy I bought this. I painted a small bedroom, ceiling included, in about an hour and a half. Had a lot of fun doing it too. The room turned out beautiful. Can't wait to start on my next project.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Painting Do not let any past experience keep you from purchasing this sprayer. I needed a sprayer to paint kitchen cabinets and interior doors. Went to local store and all they had was the Wagner Flexio 2000, I had to have it so I bought it. OMG! These new sprayers are NOT like the past, not only did it spray without thinning, but it applied an even coat and the spray was very easy to control. It was quite and easy to handle and worked each time I pulled the trigger. What is even more amazing is....it worked just as well the second time used about two days later and the third time a week later. The new technologies Wagner has put into these sprayers is amazing, I hardly ever use my HVLP sprayers anymore. Do yourself a favor and pick up a Flexio 2000 you wont be disappointed. I myself plan to pick up a Flexio 4000, just to have. (oh by the way, its very easy to clean!!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sprayer for the DIY'er Been painting/staining for 40 years, all by hand. Had a very large deck that needed colored stain on everything - decking, rails, stairs, lattice work, etc. This was the project that required me to get some help, and I bought my first sprayer - the Flexio 2000 - after reading a number of on-line reviews and customer comments. The Flexio worked well with my very thick solid color stain, and I also plan to use it for painting the inside of a wooden shed using both primer and interior latex paint. The spray pattern was fine, and the level of control (air flow) was more than adequate. I needed to clean the spray tip between tank refills to remove dried stain (in order to keep the spray pattern good), but that was to be expected. Clean up was easy - just take the time to do it well so the sprayer will work properly for the next job. In hindsight, I wish I had purchased this several years ago, as there have been other projects where I could have / would have used the Flexio. I'm not certain that I'm ready to do high-quality interior walls with the Flexio (I've watched the videos), but we'll have to see once I try it out on the interior of my shed, which is the next project. Thanks Wagner!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Job time cut in half I sprayed a fence and a trash enclosure. Paint went where I wanted with no overspray. Adjust the settings properly and it was so easy. Spraying up and down or side to side it covers in one coat. Very easy and I spent way less time. It's a win win.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from paint back flowed into motor I was painting a house and went to turn from vertical to horizontal spray. Accidentally turned the whole face of front of sprayer. The paint was drawn into the electric motor. Does not work anymore. Would think there would be no way for the paint to be drawn into the motor. Blew the circuit and continues to do so.

It won’t spray then when it does it splurts out in clumps. Cannot get an even spray. Paint is room temperature and not extremely thick. Finally had to paint by hand.

Asked by: Penny68
Has it worked previously? Testing with water is always the first thing to do when having a problem with a sprayer. It should atomize and spray, without spit. If it does we assume that the gun is working correctly. If it doesn't we look for the problem, usually a small clog or paint that's just too thick. We're happy to help figure it out with you at 800-328-8251.

Can the FLEXiO 2000 spray a paint with mica powder infused. Specifically rustoleum metallic accents.

Asked by: Doctah77
The 2000 will spray the metallic accents paint but it may cause premature wear on the nozzle and needle in the gun, requiring early replacement of the iSpray front end.

What type of paint can you use ? Water or oil ? And can you paint tiles roofs ?

Asked by: Papito
The FLEXiO Series will spray water-based or oil-based paints and stains. Do not spray or clean with liquids having a flash point of less than 100ºF (38ºC), reference the paint can. Flash point is the temperature at which a fluid can produce enough vapor to ignite. You can paint tiles roofs as long as the material meet the criteria. Will this spray elastomeric stucco and brick paint? It says you need a .025-.029 nozzle?

Asked by: Harwood
Sorry but no, it will not spray that particular type of paint. You will need a much larger unit for that material. You can contact us at 800-526-5362 for a recommendation on a sprayer. Thanks for your inquiry!

I have used my Wagner Flexio twice. Now it will not work. When I go to spray, it spits and paint oozes right out the front. When I release the trigger it still will ooze out for about 10 seconds. Please help

Asked by: knorth
The nozzle is loose. Tighten the retaining ring on the front of your sprayer. When it's loose the nozzle moves away from the needle, breaking the seal and under pressure, paint streams out. If that does not solve the issue give us a call at 800-328-8251.

I purchased the Flexio 2000 and attempted to spray a piece of furniture. The paint came out somewhat in a splatter pattern. Is it possible to get a smooth finish? Did I fail by not straining the paint or thinning the material?

Asked by: Dude43
The Flexio 2000 comes with the standard I-Spray nozzle head. This will give a stipple or roller like finish. You can purchase the detail finish nozzle head as an accessory and it will give a smooth finish. Latex paints generally need to be thinned quite a bit to work with the detail nozzle though. You can also call us for further information at 800-328-8251.
