Flexio 2000 is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 88.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great job I bought this to try instead of using my paint gun with the compressor which did a great job as well as getting pair on everything in my he garage. This spray gun was easier to use did not require the pair to be thinned and did a better job. The clean up of this spray gun was also easier and faster. I would definitely recommend this spray gun

Rated 5 out of 5 by from exactly what I expected I opened the box, followed the instructions, and it worked exactly as I expected. Prior to purchase, I watched the you tube video which discouraged me from buying the product, then read comments that pointed out that the sprayer wasn't being used as instructed, remembered that Wagner was a known and respected brand and decided to try it anyway. I followed the instructions and completed what would have been a 4-5 hr job with a brush in about 45 minutes. The sprayer worked exactly as advertised and as expected. I highly recommend it to anyone without any reservation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great latex sprayer I was skeptical at first. I had a old 15 year old Wagner sprayer sprayer I didn’t like. I bought this Wagner sprayer it was great I mean easy cleanup. Not too noisy, I did not have to thin the latex at all, opened the setting to wide fan spray and set to 12 for power and I was good to go. I sprayed all my interior doors with this unit and cut my time I known in have. They look way better then brushing

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and clean up. Delivers a great finish I bought the Flexio 2000 to waterproof a fence. It would have been tricky or maybe impossible to paint by brush, but I'd never used a paint sprayer before. With this sprayer, I did the whole job in just a couple hours. The finish looked great. I experimented with different settings until I got just what I was looking for, but honestly every combination of settings did a fine job. I was able to clean it up in the kitchen sink until it looked brand new with very little effort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Home Owner Tool! I bought the Flexio 2000 to help touch up some exterior areas of my home and to paint a newly sided addition to my home. The Flexio provided great, even coverage and we easy to use and even , more importantly easy to clean up. Also the Flexio puts out enough air pressure to effectively apply paint with out a ton of overspray. I was able to complete my project in about a third the time it would have taken if I had painted by hand and the results are fantastic. I am very happy with the purchase and will no longer dread those painting projects around the house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product They tasked me with building 40" marquee letters for my daughter's wedding, and to paint these I invested in the Flexio 2000, as it was something I would use on future projects. I needed to shoot a coat of Killz-2 Primer, and two coats of Valspar Outdoor Latex, essentially a primer and a top coat of cheap white paint. Followed the setup instructions. Filled the pot with water and used a piece of scrap wood to get the feel for the weight and distance need. Emptied the water and filled up with the primer and set the flow to 10 for latex, width to narrow. Using the scrap wood to test and once comfortable went to work on the project. The letters are 40" high, and one coat of primer took 40', which is an immense time saver considered the sides and edges, etc. Once finished, loosened the pot (do not remove), pull the trigger to allow paint to drain back in to the pot. Removed the pot, poured contents back into the primer can, then cleaned up the tool per instructions. Closing: The Flexio could easily pull the latex paint un-thinned and spray uniformly. Wagner should update the manual to show that I should immerse the entire paint body in soapy water for cleaning (not the corded fan/motor). The manual talks about the nozzle end, but not the body. Tips: As you move from side-to-side or up-and-down, when you pause, take a rag and wipe the end of the spray nozzle. In another review I read it splattered paint. This is I believe results from paint collection at the nozzle tip. Keep the rag handy, and a quick wipe is all that is needed. When you resume painting, either point away from your project and pull the trigger stage-1, or aim into the rag. This turns on the fan/motor with no paint and blows out anything collected. Then resume painting as normal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Much improved over my 30yr old sprayer. Simply...a sprayer that works well and is easy to clean.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Time waster I bought my Flexio 2000 about 3 weeks ago. I did research on it before the purchase on line and watched several u tube vidios on it. I impressed by what I saw. Unfortunately my experience was nothing like what was depicted. I wanted to use it to paint a basement. Even though the machine was supposed to handle unthinned paint, it struggled. Even after thinning, there was a problem with clogging. After 2 hrs. on one wall, I ended up using a brush and roller to finish. Not to be discouraged, I tried again upstairs using regular primer on a hallway wall, thinking that maybe the paint for the basement may have been too tenacious for the sprayer. Alas it still performed poorly. After adjusting for the undiluted paint, setting for the right pressure and coverage, and following the right suggested spray pattern, it still took nearly 45 minutes to do a wall 4 foot wide by 10 foot tall. There was a lot of dripping and clogging, and at times after removing the clog from the tip, paint flowing from the tip. I can say that after I finished, the small wall looked good but 8 times faster than a brush??? My. other complaint is that it's heavy to hold and. handle. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone seriously looking for an effortless time saving tool.

What is the dry weight of this unit?

Asked by: Rpainter
The Flexio 2000 weighs 7 lbs with the iSpray nozzle attached.

It won’t spray then when it does it splurts out in clumps. Cannot get an even spray. Paint is room temperature and not extremely thick. Finally had to paint by hand.

Asked by: Penny68
Has it worked previously? Testing with water is always the first thing to do when having a problem with a sprayer. It should atomize and spray, without spit. If it does we assume that the gun is working correctly. If it doesn't we look for the problem, usually a small clog or paint that's just too thick. We're happy to help figure it out with you at 800-328-8251.

Can the FLEXiO 2000 spray a paint with mica powder infused. Specifically rustoleum metallic accents.

Asked by: Doctah77
The 2000 will spray the metallic accents paint but it may cause premature wear on the nozzle and needle in the gun, requiring early replacement of the iSpray front end.

What type of paint can you use ? Water or oil ? And can you paint tiles roofs ?

Asked by: Papito
The FLEXiO Series will spray water-based or oil-based paints and stains. Do not spray or clean with liquids having a flash point of less than 100ºF (38ºC), reference the paint can. Flash point is the temperature at which a fluid can produce enough vapor to ignite. You can paint tiles roofs as long as the material meet the criteria. You can give us a call at 1-800-328-8251 for technical help.

Will this spray elastomeric stucco and brick paint? It says you need a .025-.029 nozzle?

Asked by: Harwood
Sorry but no, it will not spray that particular type of paint. You will need a much larger unit for that material. You can contact us at 800-526-5362 for a recommendation on a sprayer. Thanks for your inquiry!

Can I spray Plato dip paint with this ?

Asked by: Wmerc
Thanks for your inquiry. The 2000 is not recommended for plasti dip paints. We do recommend the MotoCoat sprayer. I have used my Wagner Flexio twice. Now it will not work. When I go to spray, it spits and paint oozes right out the front. When I release the trigger it still will ooze out for about 10 seconds. Please help

Asked by: knorth
The nozzle is loose. Tighten the retaining ring on the front of your sprayer. When it's loose the nozzle moves away from the needle, breaking the seal and under pressure, paint streams out. If that does not solve the issue give us a call at 800-328-8251.
