Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wagner Makes it Easy I used the Wagner Flexio 2000 for the first time to spray my livingroom walls, worked excellent right out of the box. First off, Wagner gives you excellent directions and a "spray poster" to teach you how to apply with the sprayer. I used a flat enamel with primer in it, it was very thick so I decided to thin it just a little with water, I didn't want to clog the tip. After reading up on the the settings to use, I was off and running! One 12' wall took about a half hour, way faster than rolling! I had some floor molding and window trim that I didn't even have to tape off the spray pattern was precise. Clean up couldn't be easier. Everything comes apart so you can clean it well. Very impressed with the Flexio, makes me want to paint every room now! Wagner makes it so easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use with quick and easy clean up Sprayer was easy to set up and worked as described. I used to spray stain which is fairly thick on a pole barn and the sprayer worked flawlessly. I was able to apply the stain evenly and quickly which made the project easier to complete. Completely satisfied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Easy Have all you pieces prepped and staged to keep the sprayer moving across the surfaces. I find as long as you do this you won't have clogging.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use For a Beginner I used the FLEXIO 2000 to repaint a ceiling that had water damage from a leaking roof. This was the first time that I used a paint sprayer for any type of interior painting. The directions that came with the unit were easy to understand. In particular the chart at the bottom of page 8 was very helpful, as well as the masking guide. As suggested, I first sprayed water to get a feel for how the sprayer worked. It only took a few passes with paint before before I was comfortable with spraying. I started with the Flow level at the recommended rate of 9, and adjusted to 10 which gave the coverage that I wanted. Once I got going I was able to keep over spray to a minimum. For me the Round Pattern for spray worked best. Other than that I found the sprayer a little heavy for spraying a ceiling, the sprayer work well. Cleanup is straight forward and relatively pain free. Again the instruction guide for cleanup is very user friendly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent painting This product gives a nice even coat of paint. It's so easy to use, would be great for customers in a hurry. Don't have to assemble any little pieces either. Over all a great product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from If used properly, a real time saver! I received this product a little less than a month ago and overall I am pretty impressed. Bottom line upfront: follow the instructions if you want to have a successful experience. For starters, the item is packaged well and the instructions are very easy to understand a follow. A spray pattern guide, over-spray map, and clear instructions are included to get you started with the HVLP sprayer. The product was set up within minutes and I was ready to execute my first task; spraying water based polyurethane on my workbench. The instructions recommended a medium spray setting with high power to properly spread the poly. I sprayed the poly un-thinned and the coverage was very even. As with many topcoats, the first coat was a bit rough but evened out well with the second coat. I went on to spray some latex paint, however for this I decided to thin the paint some. My method was to fill the sprayer tank to the same level for each refill and thin with a set amount of product to maintain an even coat (I used a quarter prescription bottle of thinner to each 30oz of paint). About the product and pros: You will probably think it feels out of balance if you pick it up at a store or initially out of the box. This is quickly remedied when you fill the tank as it holds up to 45oz of paint. The build feels very sturdy and long-lasting. The sprayer is very powerful so following the recommendations for different paints/top coats is a must. You should have no issue spraying un-thinned paints through the Flexio 2000. The motor is relatively quiet and I was able to use it while a small child was napping upstairs without incident. Finally, clean up was a breeze. I filled the tank with water and sprayed it through then rinsed 3 parts and I was done for the day. It could not have taken more than 5 minutes to have the item broken down, cleaned, and set up to dry. A few improvements I would like to see: Inclusion of a filter with flexible feed tube - The feed tube is hard plastic and does not include a filter. Any misses when mixing your paint or dried chips will surely be plastered to your finished product so mix carefully before use. Also, once you're low on paint you will have an air sprayer if attempting to spray anything above line of sight so refill often. The feed tube is the reason for four stars instead of five alone. The initial spray left me with some runs that I had to spread with a paintbrush. The instructions will tell you to start the spray (with just the turbine) with an offset from your desired target. My recommendation is to start on a piece of scrap or open air if your're outside then run the even flow onto your product. I included a picture of the initial spray run. Reduced over-spray - If using indoors, you will need to mask a substantial amount of real estate to protect from over-spray. This might be nature of the beast with HVLP sprayers but you will need to judge your space and whether masking everything will cost more time than painting by hand. Overall, this product saved me a ton of time with my workbench compared to what I would have done with a brush in hand around all the surfaces. The over-spray didn't reach anything else in my work area so time spent masking was a non-issue. Bottom line: follow the instructions. I am willing to bet that many of the negative reviews are a direct result of operator error.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to use I got the FLEXIO 2000 about a week ago did a test spray with water first and was pleased with how powerful the spray was and how comfortable the sprayer felt in my hand, it didn't feel like I was holding alot of weight. I had a wooden shed that was in need of repainting, so after pressure washing it and letting it dry I used the Flexio 2000 to repaint it using this sprayer I was able to paint the entire shed in about 20 minutes and it covered so well I only had to use 1 coat of paint. After that dried I switched the painting tip so I could repaint the trim work on the shed, this sprayer was very easy to control and made it very easy to do the trim with very little overspray. Cleaning the sprayer was just about as easy as painting with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flexio 2000 review After obtaining the flexio a few weeks ago I had some small projects to catch up on. First project was to put a quick 2nd coat of transparent stain on my outdoor deck 14x18 with fancy ballasters. The 2000 made quick work of this project, even the ballasters with a large sheet of cardboard behind them was quick, easy and mess free. The second item was a 10x12 shed which has not had any attention for years. 2 coats of solid stain did the job in a few hrs,one item that helped out was I used a strainer to add stains when ever I was filling the holding tank. I still would be stuck on the ballasters if I was doing the old school way Done and ready for winter
