$ 214.99
The FLEXiO 5000 stationary paint sprayer is perfect for longer painting projects, with less weight in your hand, because the motor is housed in the case on the ground. It has controls on the handle with variable speeds for cutting time and effort and can paint a wall 12 times faster than a brush.

The new nozzle design delivers an improved spray pattern and adjustable control with less mess and overspray.

It has the flexibility to spray indoors and out with the power to spray unthinned latex paint and stains with full coverage. Cleaning is faster than a brush or roller with just a few removable parts that separate and rinse clean.

Covers an 8’x10’ surface in minutes:
-Stain: 1 minute
-Latex: 5 minutes

Flexio 5000 is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money It says it can do an 8' x 10' wall in 5 minutes? Never! it took me over 4 hours to paint a 360 sq ft shed and its a streaky mess. I was using exterior latex. It did not matter how much I overlapped, Or changed pressure, Or paint settings. It was streaky . It might work good with maybe small items(furniture) But not walls. Quit lying about your products Wagner. If it's a piece of , Price it that way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All-around great sprayer Received the Flexio 5000 a few weeks ago to review as a crew member and was able to use it on a two projects I was working on. First I used the sprayer to paint a new pantry/rear entry into my home. I did not have to thin the paint and I found the nozzle adjustments were simple. The sprayer was light and easy to maneuver and I finished the room in half the time I would with a roller. End results were great, and clean up was pretty simple. I was so happy with the Flexio 5000 I decided to use it to paint a platform bed I built, one that I had previously planned on hand painting. For this project, I thinned the paint slightly and switched to the detail finish nozzle. And to my surprise it turned out better than any of my hand painting projects by far. I will definitely be using the Flexio for all my painting jobs from now on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact Lightweight Fast! The Flexio 5000 is perfect for those overhead and large lengthy paint projects. I love that everything fits perfectly contained and as needed in the containment unit as it makes travel with the sprayer organized and efficient. The fact that the turbine is housed in the containment unit really makes the sprayer much more lightweight for those lengthy projects that require extensive work keeping the fatigue on your arm and body at a minimum. The included nozzles and adjustable spray patterns are versatile and can cover surfaces large, small, tight and immense with supreme even coverage no matter the material of the surface or the media (lacquer, finishes, latex, etc.) one chooses to apply. I used the Flexio 5000 in a 30'x15' interior and the length of the hose from the unit was just enough to get me almost completely around the square footage without having to move the unit much at all. Easy to clean compared to many airless sprayers on the market. I would recommend this to anyone looking to cut their paint/sprayer times down by more than half and is perfect for domestic projects as well as small commercial projects.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well designed with durable storage Just received this Wagner sprayer and have not yet put it to use! My wife's next project will be soon, I'm certain! Currently own a flexio 590, so anxious to do a comparison between the two products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from almost no overspray I have used this sprayer to paint my basement ceiling. It has worked flawlessly. The light weight of the turbine being located on the floor is a real benefit when working above your head. The 5000 left almost no overspray, especially when compared to a traditional airless sprayer. I sprayed un-thinned latex paint and didn't have any issues, just remember to occasionally wipe the tip off as it gets caked up after awhile. Clean up was a snap, took about 5 minutes to clean completely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile Three weekends, Three projects, One sprayer, the Wagner Flexio 5000 Weekend 1 painted a newly constructed wall that was 20' x 8. I painted the wall in minutes and it looked great. Saved me hours of time. Weekend 2 time to stain the deck. This is one of those maintenance items that I USED to hated to do, it was messy and time consuming. So I broke out the Flexio 5000 and it was amazing, it laid down the stain very evenly and it worked nicely on the lattice which was extremely time consuming task. With the air flow adjustment it helps to keep the over spray down to minimum which helps to reduce the amount of masking that needs to be done and you can adjust it so that you are not wasting product. Weekend 3, I have some oak tables that I had for years. After surviving kids and moving all over the country it was time to refinish the tables. I really wanted to have a fine finish on the tables so that ruled out the Polyurethanes and similar products. So I see that the Flexio comes a smaller nozzle that is for finer finishes. What I really wanted to use was Lacquer. Lacquer has to be sprayed so I thought I would try the Flexio . So after hours of stripping, sanding and staining I am ready to lay down the Lacquer. When you use a siphon type spray gun you typically have to reduce the Lacquer with thinner. I decided to try spraying the sanding sealer without reducing it. Once again, I adjusted the air flow and to my surprise it worked great and it laid down the sealer very even and smooth. After sealing all the tables I sprayed them out with straight Lacquer, no thinning and the finish was perfect. I got a fine finish that I hoped for. In closing, This is a very solid product clean up is very easy and with the different tips and variable air flow this sprayer can pretty much do it all.

What's the difference between the Wagner 4000 and Wagner 5000?

Asked by: mat 35
The Flexio 5000 has a hard shell case that stores everything including the 11' long air hose. The Flexio 4000 has a soft case for the gun and hose, which is 16' long. Otherwise they are the same. Good luck with your projects.

can I spray lacquer with the 5000. how to clean after spraying lacquer

Asked by: butt
You cannot spray lacquer with any Wagner branded sprayer. Water based and oil based paints, stains or finishes are fine in all Wagner sprayers. We make other lines for fine finishing like lacquer. Call us at 1-888-783-2612 for more information.

I want to spray new wood kitchen cabinet doors with interior latex paint. Is the 5000 a good unit for this, or what would be better? The instrction manual download doesn't show setting for the detail sprayer for latex paint.

Asked by: Quincy
When using the Flexio 5000 on your new cabinets, use the Detail Finish front end nozzle. Thin your paint 10% with water and add one ounce of Floetrol per quart. Lay the doors down and spray down onto them from 6" away. If the sprayer is spitting, cut down on paint flow and keep power at max. Apply a wet coat with each pass, don't go over an area 6 times to get it wet, slow down and make one wet pass. For more tips call us at 1-800-328-8251.

How much does the power plant weigh? And can it be suspended in the air from the handle with a good rope?

Asked by: Anonymous
The Flexio 5000 weighs about 14 lbs and we do not suggest suspending it from a rope. Set it on scaffold to get it up higher.
