$ 189.99
The FLEXiO 5000 stationary sprayer is perfect for longer painting projects, with less weight in your hand, because the motor is housed in the case on the ground. It has controls on the handle with variable speeds for cutting time and effort and can paint a wall 12 times faster than a brush.

The new nozzle design delivers an improved spray pattern and adjustable control with less mess and overspray.

It has the flexibility to spray indoors and out with the power to spray unthinned paint and stains with full coverage. Cleaning is faster than a brush or roller with just a few removable parts that separate and rinse clean.

Flexio 5000 is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile Three weekends, Three projects, One sprayer, the Wagner Flexio 5000 Weekend 1 painted a newly constructed wall that was 20' x 8. I painted the wall in minutes and it looked great. Saved me hours of time. Weekend 2 time to stain the deck. This is one of those maintenance items that I USED to hated to do, it was messy and time consuming. So I broke out the Flexio 5000 and it was amazing, it laid down the stain very evenly and it worked nicely on the lattice which was extremely time consuming task. With the air flow adjustment it helps to keep the over spray down to minimum which helps to reduce the amount of masking that needs to be done and you can adjust it so that you are not wasting product. Weekend 3, I have some oak tables that I had for years. After surviving kids and moving all over the country it was time to refinish the tables. I really wanted to have a fine finish on the tables so that ruled out the Polyurethanes and similar products. So I see that the Flexio comes a smaller nozzle that is for finer finishes. What I really wanted to use was Lacquer. Lacquer has to be sprayed so I thought I would try the Flexio . So after hours of stripping, sanding and staining I am ready to lay down the Lacquer. When you use a siphon type spray gun you typically have to reduce the Lacquer with thinner. I decided to try spraying the sanding sealer without reducing it. Once again, I adjusted the air flow and to my surprise it worked great and it laid down the sealer very even and smooth. After sealing all the tables I sprayed them out with straight Lacquer, no thinning and the finish was perfect. I got a fine finish that I hoped for. In closing, This is a very solid product clean up is very easy and with the different tips and variable air flow this sprayer can pretty much do it all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use I used my flexio 5000 for a multitude of home projects recently. I painted my fence it took me about 3 hours huge time saver. The finish was even. The best part was the cleanup. I washed everything out quick and let it air dry. I also used the Flexio to paint my bathroom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I got this sprayer a month ago, and I am so spoiled now compared to the brush and rollers I've used my entire life. I've only used it a few times but have been looking for more projects around the house to tackle ever since. Made short work out of repainting a bathroom and also is super convenient for the DIY woodworking projects I do. It sprays paint and stains fast and consistently. This is definitely something I would recommend for anything from small projects to whole room painting since it has two sprayers that cover a broad and fine spray.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product I build custom furniture as a hobby and also have remodeled my home, this Flexio 5000 offered a sprayer for both applications. The quality of the finish is excellent, BUT you must read the directions before use and follow them! Taking shortcuts will not provide you with the results you expect. Clean up is much easier than some of the older models. The hose is sufficient for most work and the gun adjustments make the application of various materials a snap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "FUN PROJECT" refinishing a 20 year old 8 pc cast aluminum patio furniture set after prepping I have so far primed with the "fine detail" spray and nozzle my initial setting were too low, after bumping up a few times I finally got a nice even flow and coating. The learning curve was short, I love the control the flexio 5000 gives you. Without a doubt the separate air compressor almost eliminates and strain on the arm and shoulder. This has turned into a fun project thanks to the FLEXIO's design. Next week, I do the finish coat

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flexio 3000 I received the Flexio 3000 in place of the Flexio 5000 and so my review reflects that unit. I'd say that this is a "Thumbs UP" sprayer from Wagner. The unit is lightweight and easy to handle if you're painting for long periods of time. The sprayer handles well and is not cumbersome, very well balanced even when full. Instructions are not complicated and easy to follow for assembly, use, and clean-up. Cleaning the sprayer after use is a snap and very quick to complete. This is definitely the paint sprayer of choice for the homeowner and yes, even the professional.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great improvements over previous model I have used both the Flexio 590 and the Flexio 3000. The features are noticeably improved for maintenance, and the spray seems to be about the same, good coverage in a single coat. Both are strong enough to spray house paint. The biggest improvements are in the area of cleanup. One adjustment for spray has been moved inside the unit, where are the paint does not touch and is not removed during cleanup, thereby saving a lot of time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent This is the first time I've ever used a sprayer. I couldn't imagine painting without one now. The Wagner was easy to use, instructions were easy to follow, and I painted my large hallway in about an hour! Fantastic product, highly recommended.

Is the 5000 considered an HVLP sprayer? I am concerned about over spray indoors.

Asked by: Richmn
The Flexio line of HVLP sprayers all provide much more control than traditional high pressure sprayers. But there is still some overspray and precautions should be taken. Tape, drop cloths and shields are all a part of a paint warriors tools!

I notice the people in your photos are not wearing protective clothing or a breathing mask. Are these not necessary with your sprayers?

Asked by: renguy
In real life situations we do suggest the use of protective clothing and headgear/eyewear to prevent the inhalation of any foreign particles that may be present when spraying various materials. We also suggest that only water-based or mineral spirit-type materials with a minimum flash point of 100º F (38ºC) be used with our sprayers — Do not spray or clean with liquids having a flash point of less than 100º F (38ºC). Also, different sprayers produce different amounts of overspray and would require different methods of protection. For specific answers about your situation please give us a call at 800-328-8251.

Can it spray oil based paints?

Asked by: GRam
Our Flexio sprayers will spray oil base paints and stains as long as they clean up with mineral spirits or a product that has a flashpoint of 100 degrees or more. Flashpoint is the point at which something can ignite and can normally be found on the can. If you have further questions feel free to call us at 1-800-328-8251.

Why can't I find the flexio 5000 on the market? Can only find the 890. Was there a recall or an issue? The 3000 replaced the 590 as well right?

Asked by: Pat G
When I called customer care, they indicated to me that they're still in the process of rolling out this model. It's going to be available at Lowe's from what I was told.

What is the difference between the 4000 and the 5000?

Asked by: ThereseB
The Flexio 4000 and 5000 are similar units, both will come with the new I-Spray and Detail gun assemblies, and both have the same power. The 4000 has the motor controls on the motor itself, comes with a 20' hose, and a storage bag that fits the hose and front ends. The 5000 has motor controls on the gun handle, an 11' hose, and the turbine acts as a carrying case for everything. What is the difference between the 5000 and the 890?

Asked by: A J R
The main difference between the Flexio 890 and the 5000 is the iSpray front end that it comes with. The Flexio 5000 comes with a newly designed front end that will provide paint control with a uniform and contained pattern. Also, the new paint flow dial is numbered for precise and easy setting for the range of coatings the FLEXiO can spray. Finally, there are now only two parts to remove and rinse off for a quick 5 minute clean-up”. If you would like to discuss this or have further questions feel free to call us at 1-800-328-8251.
