$ 279.99
The FLEXiO 5000 stationary paint sprayer is perfect for longer painting projects, with less weight in your hand, because the motor is housed in the case on the ground. It has controls on the handle with variable speeds for cutting time and effort and can paint a wall 12 times faster than a brush.

The 5000 comes with 2 different nozzles – one for painting multiple rooms, decks and sets of furniture. The other nozzle for fine finishing on cabinets and trim.

The new nozzle design delivers an improved spray pattern and adjustable control with less mess and overspray.

It has the flexibility to spray indoors and out with the power to spray unthinned latex paint and stains with full coverage. Cleaning is faster than a brush or roller with just a few removable parts that separate and rinse clean.

Covers an 8’x10’ surface in minutes:
-Stain: 1 minute
-Latex: 5 minutes

Flexio 5000 is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 19.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just finished a big paint job I just finished painting the walls and ceiling of a garage addition we put on our house using the Flexio 5000. I had some trouble initially with the trigger on the paint sprayer that caused me a few frustrating hours until I figured out what was going on. After that, it worked great and I painted 1,700 square feet using 8 ½ gallons of latex paint with no problems at all. The hose was long enough (barely) that I could reach the 13’ ceiling and that was a real convenience. I was very pleased with the result. It took longer to cover that square footage than advertised, even with the material flow and air pressure on their maximum settings, but was definitely easier and faster than using a roller and brushes. The paint was very easy to control with virtually no overspray and the finished result looked great. I realized there was a learning curve and I definitely got better with experience, both with using the sprayer and cleaning the unit. The problem I had with the trigger when I first started is that there is a set screw on the yellow part of the trigger assembly that was preventing the maximum flow of material with the material flow control on its maximum setting, causing the paint flow to be frustratingly slow. I couldn't find any reference to it in the owner's manual. Once I figured out what was happening and turned that screw all the way in, the sprayer worked fine and I was able to get the job done efficiently and well. Overall, the unit performed very well and I am happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked great This was my first experience using a paint sprayer and I really didn’t know what to expect. I couldn’t have been more pleased. My first project involved spraying very thick exterior latex paint and within the first few minutes I had it dialed in to deliver a good spray pattern. It took a fraction of the time to paint my project compared to using a brush and it was very easy to control where the paint went. The air hose on the Flexio 5000 made it very convenient to paint my entire project without having to move the power box around. So far, I am very pleased and am looking forward to my next project.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome little sprayer I bought this sprayer after getting tire of using a brush to stain the rails, ballisters, lattice etc when staining decks in my business. Just needed something to speed up the tedious process. It did a great job and sped up the process by alot. The first deck I tried it on would have taking me 2 days with all the ballisters, lattice etc doing it with a brush with 2 coats. Using this sprayer only took me 4 hours including the deck itself. The only problem I have with these types of sprayers is having to refill the container over and over and over again. It was aggravating having to stop every few minutes, take the container off, fill it back up, screw it back on and then start spraying again. Besides that I really love this little thing. Has a good spray pattern and love that you can turn the output up or down. Easy to set up and clean as well after.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mosquito repellent sprayer You can also use your paint sprayer to spray mosquito repellent the product comes out very quickly because it is water-based but you just have to stay off the trigger but it works great!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money It says it can do an 8' x 10' wall in 5 minutes? Never! it took me over 4 hours to paint a 360 sq ft shed and its a streaky mess. I was using exterior latex. It did not matter how much I overlapped, Or changed pressure, Or paint settings. It was streaky . It might work good with maybe small items(furniture) But not walls. Quit lying about your products Wagner. If it's a piece of , Price it that way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All-around great sprayer Received the Flexio 5000 a few weeks ago to review as a crew member and was able to use it on a two projects I was working on. First I used the sprayer to paint a new pantry/rear entry into my home. I did not have to thin the paint and I found the nozzle adjustments were simple. The sprayer was light and easy to maneuver and I finished the room in half the time I would with a roller. End results were great, and clean up was pretty simple. I was so happy with the Flexio 5000 I decided to use it to paint a platform bed I built, one that I had previously planned on hand painting. For this project, I thinned the paint slightly and switched to the detail finish nozzle. And to my surprise it turned out better than any of my hand painting projects by far. I will definitely be using the Flexio for all my painting jobs from now on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact Lightweight Fast! The Flexio 5000 is perfect for those overhead and large lengthy paint projects. I love that everything fits perfectly contained and as needed in the containment unit as it makes travel with the sprayer organized and efficient. The fact that the turbine is housed in the containment unit really makes the sprayer much more lightweight for those lengthy projects that require extensive work keeping the fatigue on your arm and body at a minimum. The included nozzles and adjustable spray patterns are versatile and can cover surfaces large, small, tight and immense with supreme even coverage no matter the material of the surface or the media (lacquer, finishes, latex, etc.) one chooses to apply. I used the Flexio 5000 in a 30'x15' interior and the length of the hose from the unit was just enough to get me almost completely around the square footage without having to move the unit much at all. Easy to clean compared to many airless sprayers on the market. I would recommend this to anyone looking to cut their paint/sprayer times down by more than half and is perfect for domestic projects as well as small commercial projects.

Is there a video somewhere showing how to coil the hose up into the hood of the Flexio 5000?

Asked by: Beefneck
Here is a link to the Flexio 5000 videos - https://www.youtube.com/user/WagnerPainting/search?query=flexio%205000 There isn't a specific section on how to wrap the hose back up into the lid of the storage case. But you will see it in some videos, the way it is shipped to you originally. For more help call us at 1-800-328-8251.

is the only difference between the 4000 and 5000 the length of the hose

Asked by: bjb67
The Flexio 4000 and 5000 both come with the new nozzle designed iSpray and Detail Finish Nozzles. With the turbine sitting on the ground and not in your hand, there is less operator fatigue. The FLEXiO 4000 has a 15 ft. air hose and comes with an accessory bag to store your hose and nozzles in. The FLEXiO 5000 has an 11.5 ft. air hose. The turbine base holds the hose and nozzles for easy storage. Feel free to call us at 1-800-328-8251 if you have any further questions.

What filters does the Flexio 5000? Does it use both the 2367285 filter as well as the 420330 filter? Or is the 420330 the only filter it uses? In the manual it lists the 2367285 filter in the accessories for the X-Boost turbine filter.

Asked by: Sarge
The Flexio 5000 air filter was 2367285, but is now 420330 which can be ordered at 1-800-328-8251.

Is this electric or need air compressor?

Asked by: Tess
All of our sprayers are self contained and do not require an air compressor. These are HVLP and use a turbine to create air flow for atomization. You might need an extension cord, but that's it.

Can the 5000 spray polyurethane?

Asked by: DougG
Yes it can. Use the Detail Finish nozzle for fine atomization and the best looking finish for your project. Spray from about 6" away and if the gun spits, cut down on paint flow. Too much paint can overwhelm the air and then it spits. Call for more tips at 1-800-328-8251.

Asked by: zJohn
The Flexio 4000 has a 16' air hose, the 5000 has 11'. The 4000 has a small bag to store the small items, the 5000 has a hard case that holds everything. Otherwise, they are the same. Same power, same accessories, same performance. For more help choosing call us at 1-800-328-8251.

How does it work on solid stain for decks?

Asked by: Bridget1
For applying solid color stain to your deck, use the iSpray front end nozzle, power at max and paint flow lower for better atomization. Spray from 6-10" away and apply a wet coat. It will work great!
