How to Clean & Store the Wagner CP-130
Pressure Relief Procedure:
-Turn prime/spray knob to prime position
-Power on the CP 130
-Reverse the sprayer tip, unlock the spray gun, pull trigger into an empty bucket to relieve system
-Power off the CP 130
Cleaning:
-Remove guard and sprayer tip, then place in soap & warm water
-Empty any remaining paint back into its paint bucket
-Clean the inside of the hopper with soap & water
-Do not spray the unit, or the cord connection with water
-Power on the CP 130
-Pull the trigger into a bucket until water runs clear
-Run pump and continue to flush until clean
-Power off the CP 130
-Turn prime/spray knob to spray position
Final Disassembly & Storage:
-Disconnect paint spray gun from hose
-Disconnect hose from unit
-Wipe connection points if needed
-Add a little Titan Pump Shield or household oil such as 3-in-1 oil
-Do not use cooking oils, motor oils, or solvents such as WD-40
-Coil hose and store in unit
Plan about 20 minutes for a thorough clean up
