Online Store Return Policy

You may return eligible items purchased on Wagnerspraytech.com within 30 days from delivery for a refund of your product purchase price. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective and covered under warranty.

At Wagner, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below to ensure a quick and easy return experience.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returnable Items: Only products bought directly from Wagnerspraytech.com can be returned. If you purchased the item from a retailer, please contact that retailer directly for returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance and discontinued items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products with paint or signs of use (e.g., paint sprayers) will not be accepted.

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.
  • If your item is defective, please contact our Product Support team.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • You will receive a full refund minus return shipping costs, unless the item is defective and covered under warranty. Return label fees may be subject to tax in accordance with each state’s requirements.
  • Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Return Process

  • To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team by calling 1-800-328-8251.
  • We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Just print it out, attach it to your package, and send it back to us.
  • Once we receive your return at our warehouse, your items will be inspected, processed, and refunded as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • Please do not send returns to our corporate office; they cannot be processed at that location.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.
