Recall Repair Kit Request

Wagner is voluntarily recalling its 900 Series Steam Cleaners in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. This recall includes the 905e Auto Steamer, 915e On-Demand Power Steamer, and 925e Steam Machine Elite Steamer. Wagner is recalling these products because the attached hose can get excessively hot and the nozzle/gun may expel hot water during use and after the trigger is engaged, posing a serious burn hazard to consumers. At Wagner we’re committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring that our customer have the best possible experience. As part of that commitment, Wagner is offering a free repair kit for customer who own a 900 Series Steam Cleaner (905e, 915e, 925e) as part of this voluntary recall.

What’s Included in Your Free Repair Kit

Wagner 900 Series Steamer add on

Your kit will arrive at no cost to you and includes:

  • Hose Sleeve to protect against hose temperatures while using the steamer
  • Handle Cover to protect against handle/nozzle temperatures while using the steamer
  • Fill-Rite Funnel to protect against overfilling the steamer base with water

Please install the hose sleeve and handle cover repair kit components immediately to continue using your Wagner 900 Series steamer safely and always remember to use the fill-rite funnel whenever adding water to your steamer. You can view the video below on how to install your kit on your steamer.
