Start by cleaning your swing well. Use a soft but firm bristle brush to knock out all the dust and dirt that has accumulated over the years. A clean surface is important for paint to adhere properly.

Get your FLEXiO paint sprayer ready and filled with the paint of your choice. Wagner Cup Liners make clean up easy for this step. Be sure your paint is mixed well with a Wagner Paint Stir Paddle.

When spraying your swing be sure to hold the spray nozzle the same distance from your paint surface at all times, about 3 to 4 inches from the surface. Consistency is key to a great finish.
