
How to Stencil Window Blinds
There is no reason that BLINDS need to keep you from seeing something interesting. Add a stencil to enliven an otherwise blank and boring canvas.
PREPARE AREA FOR PAINTING
Remove shade and place tape and drape over window opening. Add blue painters tape around edges to hold covering in place.

RE-HANG SHADE
Re-hang shade and roll down to desired spot.

SPRY ADHESIVE
Place a light coating of spray adhesive on the back of stencil and place on shade in desired position.

SPRAY STENCIL WITH PAINT SPRAYER
Spray over stencil with the Wagner FLEXiO 3000 Paint Sprayer with detail front end gliding over stencil from left to right holding detail nozzle three to five inches from the surface of stencil

REMOVE STENCIL AND REVEAL
Remove stencil to reveal relief. Let dry thoroughly before re-rolling.

Mylar Stencil of your choice
Latex Semi-Gloss paint
