The PTO policy combines vacation, sick time, and personal time into a single bank of time for employees to use to take paid time off from work. It provides employees with the flexibility to take time off to meet personal needs, while recognizing employee individual responsibility to manage paid time off. Upon being hired, all new employees begin accruing 4 weeks of PTO per year.
Recognizing that time with a newborn or newly adopted child is important, Wagner provides up to six (6) weeks of paid parental leave to employees.
Wagner offers all eligible employees a comprehensive major medical plan. This plan provides both preventative treatments and catastrophic coverage. In addition, employees can choose a more flexible option by enrolling in the Health Savings Account (HSA). This is a comprehensive, high-deductible health plan along with a Heath Savings Account (HSA) account that is managed by the employee.
A comprehensive dental plan is offered that features two 100% paid preventative care check-ups per year.
Wagner offers several insurance programs, some are Company paid while others are available with an automatic payroll deduction.
Short Term and Long Term Disability
Full time regular employees participate in the company-paid short-term and long term disability coverage plans. These plans provide income protection in the case disability.
Long Term Care Insurance
Wagner provides full time employees with a base plan of Long Term Care Insurance. This Long Term Care Insurance helps meet the financial and personal needs associated with a long-term care situation. In addition to the company-provided basic coverage, employees may purchase options that will provide additional coverage.
