Nice painter
I used the wagner painter with hopper for years and it made me a nice income! I bought this 9155 and so far has proved its worth, its a keeper! Easy to clean out and maintain. I actually break it down after clean up and put it back in the box until next season. Can't go wrong with this as it will do most everything you need,. I really like the feature on the tip for a wide and narrow span. Also the feature with the pressure where you can turn it down and save yourself alot of paint or stain. I am very happy with this and will take extra care in this to last me just as long as the old one with hopper did

Answer:
My understanding of most epoxy systems is that they contain Isocyanate and these are EXTREMELY dangerous if you breath them in permanent damage to your lungs. When I used epoxy on my floors the instructions on the tin specifically said not to spray it for this reason.

Answer:
That depends on the epoxy paint. The 9155 can spray materials that can be sprayed through a .017 size spray tip or smaller. If the epoxy requires a larger size tip than .017, then it is too thick for the 9155. If it is a two-step epoxy be aware of what the dry time is of the material - if it dries too quickly you may have difficulty cleaning out your machine and keeping it from clogging the filter and spray tip.8 months ago

could the water spray , in the clean-up steps, be used as a prewash for the surface to be painted
someone suggested that this machine could be used like a power washer to prewash the building before painting it. I am using a Wagner 9155 unit.

I want to use the machine to polish with polyurethane varnish. Exist any risk for the piston unit to damage it ? Until now I've used with water based varnish. How schould clean it after ?

Answer:
You can use it with Polyurethane Varnish if the manufacture of the varnish recommends a tip size of .017 or smaller. If it requires a larger tip size I would not recommend it through that model. For cleaning follow the manufactures recommendations on the can or contact the manufacture of the varnish. If you have any questions please contact us at 1-800-880-0993.1 year, 3 months ago

Answer:
No, there is no mark to fill the oil to. There is a window on the faceplate of the machine that allows you to observe how much oil is in the oil reservoir. You do not need to keep this reservoir full - it is just lubricating oil for keeping the piston oiled. You will just need to push the oiling button two or three times each time you use the machine.6 months ago
a ball bearing and metal seal fell out into cleaning solution. Should there be a o-ring to retain these parts?

Answer:
There are going to be two o-rings in your inlet valve. One on the end of the double-male fitting that can be unscrewed from the bottom of the valve, and then a second one between the seat and the ball. These parts will be loose if the double-male fitting is removed from the bottom of the valve.4 months, 3 weeks ago
