VOLUNTEERS HELP REVITALIZE NORTH MINNEAPOLIS
YOUTH CENTER
Volunteers Refurbish Center’s Theater, Library, Gym and Landscaping
Minneapolis – May 24, 2006 – Wagner Spray Tech, Inc. joined the nonprofit agency, Rebuilding Together Twin Cities, as well as the Minneapolis mayor, Honeywell and other local companies in swinging hammers and wielding paint sprayers to revitalize the Plymouth Christian Youth Center (PCYC) in a north Minneapolis May 18.
Hundreds of volunteers – Wagner employees, community members, and PCYC youth – gathered for a day to renovate the community center. Tens of thousands of dollars in donated materials from local businesses made it possible for the volunteers to refurbish the center’s theater, library and gymnasium and outdoor
landscaping.
