FLEXiO 570 Sprayer

The FLEXiO 570 is a hand-held sprayer delivering flexibility
for indoor and outdoor painting projects. The power of
the X-Boost turbine and the material spraying capability of
the iSpray nozzle combine to make any project simpler.

The X-Boost turbine delivers 3X more power (at 65,000
RPM’s) to spray coatings with adjustable control, full
coverage and low overspray. Not only is it more powerful,
it is also 50% quieter and 20% lighter than traditional
airless sprayers.

The iSpray nozzle sprays unthinned residential paints for
broad surfaces both indoors and out.

The FLEXiO Sprayer produces a slightly stippled, roller-like finish, perfect for interior walls. Edges, corners and broad interior surfaces can now be sprayed faster for better coverage and with some basic masking, you are saved from the tedious efforts of a brush, saving time for other projects. Flexio 570 Sprayer 4.3 5 19 19
Messy tool I found the Flexio 570 HVLP paint sprayer to be sloppy. When completing a spray, the unit dribbles while 'winding down'. I constantly had to wipe the front of the sprayer and wound up wearing more paint than I should have. This unit makes me miss the older units. I also found it difficult to clean as the dribbling created a puddle inside the unit that eventually drained back into the fan unit. Poor design. Poor performance. Did it work? Yes. Would I buy it again? Probably not. April 21, 2014
Work very well on stairs walls to basement in 100 year old house This 570 Flex work great on painting old irregular walls in stair well to basement which were all angle, old stone walls were all very rough .Did great job cut time to complete by 50% or more April 16, 2014
Idiot-Proof design My first power painter. Excited to try it I took it to the shed with some scrap wood. I got called away while spraying and forgot about the painter until months later when the weather warmed up. I was prepared to buy a new one since this was out with paint in it during sub-zero temps in an unheated space. But I decided to try. I removed and cleaned the spray tip, but some warm water in it and fired it up. It sprayed like normal! Now I'm using it all the time without any problems. Thank you for a product that can handle my abuse. April 6, 2014
Gets the Job done! I was planning to paint our basement poured foundation. I started with a 1/2" nape roller and found it was not covering well or getting into the imperfections. Not what I expected. I went to Home Depot with the thought of getting an airless sprayer to use with the Behr concrete paint, but did not wish to spend a whole lot of money. I purchased the FLEXiO 570. Having used compressor driven sprayers in the past, painting cars, I was ready to try this tool out. It took me about 5 minutes to sort out the 570's operation. A few minor adjustments and two gallons of paint later the job was done. I was quite pleased how it worked and the results. I think Wagner should include a small flexible brush to facilitate cleaning, I used an old toothbrush. Also a spare nozzle seal would be a good idea April 2, 2014
Product has good reviews, wonder if I just bought a bad one? I purchased the Wagner 570, every time I stopped spraying, paint continued to come out of the nozzle. While spraying I was happy with it, but when I had to move to the next spot. I had paint coming out of the nozzle at an alarming rate. I lost probably 2 quarts of the 2 gallons of paint that I purchased. I finished the job, but it was messy and very disappointing. I am going to take it back to Home Depot, and try another one because I am hoping i can continued to use it on my next job....jt March 30, 2014
Leaked everywhere We got this to paint our fence outside. After about a 1/4 of the way through, it started leaking. I've worked with many sprayers and liked this one until it started leaking. I took it apart and cleaned it properly and it didn't help at all. I am very disappointed. March 15, 2014
Works great easy to use this works great. easy to use and paint my project. I used it on my deck and loved it. January 31, 2014
a huge surprise 1st let me qualify. former contractor who has used real sprayers also I have had several of the older wagner $100 sprayers. we are just getting to the painting phase of a 2200 sq ft addition on our home. I had fully intended on rolling but dragged the older wagner out just to see well it did its usual leak all over the place and got as much paint on the floor as it did the wall almost. the older ones are best used for small outdoor projects (fences). After watching a friend who we are paying to help us take 4 hours to prime a very large closet (24 x 3) with a roller and cut in the larger room, my wife said this 570 had great reviews.. I begrudgingly bought it after stating several times "but its a wagner" as I point to the $300 and up graco's and say thats the right way to do it.. I was pleasantly surprised when I used it its much quieter than the old ones put on more paint and far less splatter than the old ones. it acts very much like a "graco" pro level sprayer. the same friend sprayed both the ceiling and all the walls of a 28 x 24 in like 3 hours. for thoseof you who have used the older wagners you really have to give the new one a try.. very easy to clean I think, but we warned the nozzle seal is easy to lose and it wont function without it. Wagner if you are paying attention, you send a 2nd nozzle you really should send a spare seal as well. November 27, 2013

Answer:
Yes you can spray stain with the Wagner Flexio 570. Depending on how thick the stain is you will have to play with the power and material flow settings in order to get a proper spray pattern.

Answer:
With the Flexio you will receive a funnel that is to be used to help you fill the container. For obvious reasons pouring from a 5 gallon bucket can be tricky and messy, so it's not a bad idea to pour from the 5 gallon bucket into a more manageable container if you want to prevent making a mess.

Answer:
The sprayer may spray the sand finish paint but it will depend on the concentration of sand in the paint. If there is a large amount of sand in the paint it will not be able to be sprayed. If you have any further questions please call us at (800)328-8251.

Answer:
Typical oil-based or water-based polyurethane (one part) can be used with the Flexio 570 Sprayer. However with how thin the material tends to be you may be better off with the Flexio 590 and using the detail finish head. The detail finish head can be purchased separately as an accessory to the 570.

As for two part polyurethanes, it would depend a lot on what the thinning agent of the two part material would be. A lot of two part materials require harsh solvents for thinning (xylene, acetone) and those harsh solvent materials are not to be used with this sprayer.

Answer:
No, that accessory is not an option on the Flexio line of products. You can only spray using the provided containers they come with. These units require a tightly pressurized container which is not achievable with a remote suction line.
