Engineering Opportunities
Wagner's engineering group is growing tremendously. There are two groups within the Engineering Department that focus on product design and development. The first group is the Home Finishing group that focuses on product development for the "Do It Yourself" user community. These products are made for the general consumer and are sold mainly through large retail organizations under the Wagner name brand. These product lines include the Paint Mate, Roll-n-Go, Trim It, and Lock-n-Go hand held sprayers to name a few.

| The second group in the Engineering area is the Professional Finishing group. This group specializes in the design and development of products that are geared toward the professional or "contractor" end user. This line of products can be sold under the Titan Tool, SprayTECH, Capspray, or Speeflo name brands and typically are distributed in the more traditional paint channel arena. |
| Whether you want to be working on products made for consumers or professional level contractors, we have an opportunity for you. The Professional group specifically looks for a strong background in either electric pump design or air powered systems. The Home group would like a working knowledge of molding, stamping, machined or cast components. Depending on your technical background, one group or the other may be the best fit for you.
