Position Objective: This position receives work direction from the Production Supervisor but also must be able to work from shop work orders, oral instructions, production schedules and specification. In addition to receiving instruction must be able to provide instruction to employees assigned to the department. Also will have to maintain assembly aids, quality audit sheets, etc. Ability to work overtime when necessary also a forklift license is also required.

Position Objective:
Coordinates and executes retail driven merchanding programs under the direction of the Channel Marketing Manager to include in-store merchandising and promotional programs that will be critical in driving product sell out demand.
The Merchanding Coordinator will be responsible for implementing permanent and off-shelf displays for promotional programs, special buys and workding directly with key accounts. Handling all logistics of the program from helping with development, creative, and distribution while managing the day-to-day support from outside vendors. Maintaining key account specific planograms, monitoring inventory levels and meeting deadlines for new store openings or promotional calendar. Create monthly and quarterly reports outlining status of programs.
The Merchandising Coordinator, working with Marketing and Key Accounting, will be responsible for meeting retailer's requirements, following Wagner brand standards and maintaining budget requirements.

Position Objective: Perform highly repetitive packing of portable Wagner product. Coordinating the assignments of lower classified production workers and maintain a continuous flow of material into the department. May be assigned to clean or make changes or modifications to prepare the product for packing. Audit completed units, as required to insure quality of the product to the customer.

Position Objective:
The Product Manager will work with the Product Director to develop short-term and long-term product plans and roadmap for the relevant product categories. Position Objective:
Perform machining operations requiring a wide range of set-ups and methods to maintain close tolerances; mills, drills, grinders, lathes, and other tool room equipment.
